Steady Horse User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between

Steady Horse LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”), governing your participation in any in-person or live clinic experiences provided by Steady Horse, including related activities, training, and events (collectively, “Services”).

By registering for or participating in any of our Services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not participate.




1. Clinic Participation Terms

You agree to:

Follow all posted rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by staff.Treat instructors, horses, fellow participants, and property with respect.Refrain from behavior that could disrupt or endanger the clinic environment.

We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.


2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

2.1 Inherent Risks

Horse-related activities are inherently dangerous. By participating, you acknowledge the risks involved — including serious injury or death — due to the unpredictable nature of horses.


NOTICE UNDER TEXAS LAW:
Under Chapter 87 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, an equine professional is not liable for injury or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

2.2 Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Steady Horse clinics or events, you agree to

release, waive, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, team members, volunteers, contractors, and collaborators, including but not limited to:


Noah Tillman-Young, Luke Tillman-Young, Susan Kelley, Sheldon Stanley, Jamar McCracken, Sydney Fedesna, Lisa Gocken, JoJo Gleason, Miracle Moreno, Ryleagh Pann, Evie Wardle, Steady Horse, Party Up Ponies LLC, CarriageBooking.com LLC, and Grace Ranch.

This release applies whether the cause is negligence or otherwise. It also applies to your heirs, family members, and legal representatives.



3. Photo & Video Release

By attending a clinic or related activity, you grant permission to Steady Horse and the individuals/entities listed above to:


Photograph or video record you during participation.Use such media for promotional, educational, or informational purposes across websites, social media, print, and other formats (existing or future).

You waive: The right to approve final materials,Any claim for compensation,Any right to withdraw your consent after the fact.

You may request removal of personally identifiable information by contacting support.

4. Insurance

Steady Horse and its partners do not provide insurance coverage for participants. It is your responsibility to carry personal health or accident insurance if desired.



5. Conduct & Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or endanger others.

Damage equipment, property, or animals.

Use the event for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Violate local laws or event guidelines.

Violation may result in immediate expulsion from the event

without refund or future access

.


6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Informal Resolution

If issues arise, please first contact us. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve matters quickly and fairly.

6.2 Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas, according to a recognized arbitration service agreed upon by both parties. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.


7. Modifications

We may update this Agreement as needed to reflect legal, safety, or operational changes. Updated terms will be shared via email or posted online. Your continued participation indicates acceptance.


8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
