These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Steady Horse websites (steadyhorse.com, login.steadyhorse.com, billing.steadyhorse.com, steadyhorsetraining.com, thegreatesthorseman.com), the mobile application (the “Unbreakable Bond App”), and all associated content, courses, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Steady Horse LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to all services and offerings including, but not limited to:
The Unbreakable Bond Premium, Elite, and Platinum memberships
Individual course purchases
Physical product purchases (e.g., Steady Stick or merchandise)
Online and in-person clinic or workshop registrations
Horse boarding and training services (e.g., “Send Us Your Horse”)
Kids’ lessons, adult lessons, group/private lessons
Free content access (e.g., newsletters, alerts, blog subscriptions)
In-person services may be delivered under the names “Steady Horse Training” or “Grace Ranch.” These offerings may have separate contractual terms and logistics.
By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.
1. Definitions
Unbreakable Bond App: The Steady Horse mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Services: All features and content offered through our websites and app, including digital courses, memberships, coaching, community access, clinics, product sales, newsletters, alerts, and in-person services.
User: Any individual who accesses or uses our Services.
Account: A registered user profile on any of our platforms.
Unbreakable Bond: Our signature horse training program with multiple membership tiers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Creation and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating your Account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Users may not share their Account with anyone outside their immediate household. Household members may request separate logins upon approval.

Premium is a low-ticket, low-maintenance offer designed to bring in consistent recurring revenue and prime users for Elite.
Payment options:
Annual Pay-in-Full: Renews annually with upfront billing.
12-Month Installments: Monthly billing for 12 months.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. After the initial 12 months, Premium continues on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time. Canceling Premium results in loss of access at the end of the billing cycle.

Lifetime access to Premium
After the initial 12-month commitment, Elite renews month-to-month at a discounted rate. If canceled after 12 months and all payments are complete, access to Elite content and community features ends, but lifetime Premium access is retained.

Horse boarding and full care (feed, worming, hoof care, massage, supplements)

Platinum includes intensive in-person horse and rider training at Grace Ranch. Clients pay a non-refundable deposit followed by monthly payments for 6 months. Refunds are not available due to the physical and logistical nature of the service.
5. Refund Policies
Premium Membership
Covered by a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee when the following subscription terms are honored:
Refund request is made within 14 calendar days of initial enrollment.
You have not completed more than 30% of any core Premium course.
You have not engaged in excessive usage of included coaching or community features during the refund period.
Your account is in good standing with no payment disputes or chargebacks initiated.
If you purchased under an annual plan, your refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial charge.
Canceling ends access at the end of the billing cycle.
Elite Membership
Covered by our 30-Day Earnest Effort Guarantee
Refunds are only granted if the program genuinely isn’t working for you despite full participation and demonstrated effort. This means:
You showed up.
You followed the plan.
You gave it a real shot.
And even with all of that, the program still failed to meet your needs.
You are not eligible for a refund if:
You did not meet the participation criteria
Your circumstances changed (e.g., horse sold, spouse disapproved)
You regretted the purchase
You expected results without engaging fully
To qualify for a refund:
You must complete and submit the official Elite Participation Agreement.
You must meet all Earnest Effort Participation Criteria:
Attend 6 coaching calls
Participate in 6 group coaching sessions
Post 6 meaningful community contributions
Upload 4 videos to the Elite Review Channel
Complete the full Unbreakable Bond Roadmap coursework
Without a signed Participation Agreement, no refund will be considered.
Refund Requirements:
Submit a signed Elite Participation Agreement before requesting a refund
Request must be made within 30 days of Program Start Date
Must meet Earnest Effort Participation Criteria:
Attend 6 coaching calls
Participate in 6 group coaching sessions
Post 6 meaningful community contributions
Upload 4 videos to the Elite Review Channel
Complete the full Unbreakable Bond Roadmap coursework
Platinum Membership
No refunds under any circumstance due to the nature of physical boarding and care.
6. Payment Methods, Processing Fees & Security
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
ACH bank transfer (available for Elite and Platinum memberships only)
Buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna and Affirm
PayPal
Processing Fees:
All credit card and PayPal payments incur a 3.99% processing fee, including payments made via Klarna or Affirm.
ACH payments are exempt from processing fees (Elite and Platinum memberships only).
Premium Membership does not qualify for ACH payments.
Secure Handling of Payment Information:
Steady Horse LLC does not store your full payment details. All transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. These platforms use encryption and other industry-standard safeguards to secure your data.
Your complete payment details are never visible to our team—only the last four digits of your account or card number are retained for reference.
Third-Party Payment Provider Responsibility:
If you use Klarna, Affirm, or PayPal Credit, refund approvals from Steady Horse do not automatically cancel your repayment obligations with these providers. You remain subject to their repayment terms, late fees, interest rates, and policies. Steady Horse is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party payment providers.

7. Grace Ranch / Steady Horse Training (In-Person Services)
All in-person lessons, workshops, clinics, and training hosted by Grace Ranch or Steady Horse Training may be governed by the Grace Ranch contract, which can include:
Payment due by the 1st of each month (if recurring)
15% late fee after 3 days; lien rights enforced after 10 days overdue
Equine healthcare fee due upon enrollment for training programs
Minimum training term of six months (unless otherwise agreed)
Owner agrees to participate in training and attend lessons
All animals boarded require current Coggins and owner documentation
Stable not liable for injury, death, theft, or illness (see Section 17, Equine Risk)
Owner assumes risk and agrees to hold Stable harmless
Stable retains right to terminate training for unsafe horses with 7-day notice
Some services are single-event, pay-and-go without ongoing terms
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on Steady Horse intellectual property
Harass, abuse, harm, or use disrespectful language toward other users, coaches, or staff
Distribute viruses or malicious software
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, course materials, images, and downloads are property of Steady Horse LLC. You may not copy, resell, share, or reproduce without permission.
10. AI Disclaimer
The Bond Builder AI is an experimental tool available to Elite and Platinum members. It is not a substitute for coaching or professional consultation. Use at your own discretion. We are not liable for how you apply AI-generated content.
11. Coaching Recordings
By participating in coaching calls or submitting video reviews, you consent to being recorded. These materials may be used for internal training or community education.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or outcomes from applying our materials. Equine training carries risk. See Texas Equine Law under Section 17.
13. Privacy & Cookies
Your use of our sites and app is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14. Community Expectations
We reserve the right to remove any member who disrupts or disrespects our team or other users.
15. Disputes & Governing Law
All disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Texas. Mediation venue is Wilson County, Texas.
16. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the Services indicates agreement to changes.
17. Equine Risk and Texas Law
WARNING UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE): An equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
By participating in or bringing horses to Grace Ranch or Steady Horse Training, you agree to:
Assume all inherent risks of equine activities
Hold Steady Horse harmless from claims
Abide by all posted rules and submit emergency contact info
