This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Steady Horse LLC ("Company") and the

individual or entity ("User") accessing or using Steady Horse's services, including but not limited

to the Steady Horse website, the Unbreakable Bond App, and any affiliated programs

(collectively, "Services"). By using the Services, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and

conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the User does not agree, they must discontinue use

immediately.

1. MEMBERSHIP & PROGRAM ACCESS

1.1 Unbreakable Bond Elite

The Unbreakable Bond Elite program grants the User lifetime access to all course materials,

training videos, and exclusive resources. This program also includes 12 months of

personalized coaching, which may include live calls, group sessions, and Q&A opportunities

with instructors. Coaching services are intended to enhance the User’s learning experience

and provide guidance on horse training techniques and strategies. After the initial 12-month

coaching period, the User will be automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Maintenance Plan,

which provides continued coaching access on a rolling basis. The User may opt out at any

time without penalty.

1.2 Cancellation & Refunds

Users may cancel any ongoing subscription through their account settings or by contacting

customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning no

prorated refunds will be issued for partial months. Purchases of lifetime access plans are

eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that the User has made an earnest

effort to participate and engage in the program. Subscription-based memberships are non-

refundable after any applicable trial period has ended.

1.3 Earnest Effort & Refund Eligibility Criteria:

Live Coaching Participation: Attend at least 50% of the 24 available live sessions by

submitting unique exercises for critique.

Community Engagement: Post at least one request for assistance in the official course

platform.

Coaching Consultations: Utilize direct access to certified Steady Horse Coaches.

1-on-1 Mentorship Calls: Complete at least 2 consultation calls with a certified Steady

Horse Coach after submitting work for live coaching.

Refunds are not granted if identical or repetitive submissions are made for critique.

2. APP STORE & PLATFORM POLICIES

If the User downloads the Unbreakable Bond App through the Apple App Store or Google

Play Store, their respective terms and conditions apply in addition to this Agreement.

Payments processed through Apple or Google are subject to their refund and billing policies.

The Company does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through these

platforms. Users encountering billing issues related to third-party platforms should contact

Apple or Google customer support directly.

3. USER CONDUCT

Users agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and

regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Sharing or distributing offensive, illegal, defamatory, or harmful content. Using the Services

for unauthorized commercial purposes. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the

Services, including hacking or exploiting security vulnerabilities. Harassing, threatening, or

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any User found in

account management, support, and providing customized learning experiences. The

Company will never sell or share User data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4.2 Recording & Content Usage

The Company may record coaching calls, webinars, and other live interactions for

Company permission to use recorded materials for program improvements and future

training content. Users may request removal of personally identifiable information from

recordings by contacting support.

5.2 Acknowledgement of Risk

Horse-related activities involve inherent risks, including the potential for injury or property

damage. By engaging in any activities associated with the Company, the User voluntarily

assumes all risks and waives any claims against the Company for liability. Users are

encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions and consult with professionals when

handling horses.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1 Informal Resolution

The Company encourages Users to resolve disputes through open communication and good-

faith negotiations before pursuing legal action. Users should contact customer support with

any concerns, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

6.2 Arbitration Agreement

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the

State of Texas. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration

association agreed upon by both parties. By agreeing to these terms, the User waives the right

to a jury trial or participation in any class-action lawsuits.

Agreement or engages in misconduct. Users who are terminated due to misconduct will not

be eligible for refunds.
