1. Introduction
Welcome to Steady Horse! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Steady Horse website (steadyhorse.com, login.steadyhorse.com, billing.steadyhorse.com, or any other Steady Horse website), mobile application (the "Unbreakable Bond App"), and all associated content, courses, and services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by
Steady Horse ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Services.
These Terms are designed to comply with both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.
2. Definitions
• Unbreakable Bond App: Refers to the Steady Horse mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Content: Refers to any information, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services.
• Services: Refers to all features and functionalities provided by the Website (steadyhorse.com, login.steadyhorse.com, billing.steadyhorse.com, or any other Steady Horse website), Unbreakable Bond App, and Unbreakable Bond program, including courses, community access, coaching, and other resources.
• User: Refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
• Account: Refers to a user's registered profile on the Website or App.
• Unbreakable Bond: Refers to Steady Horse's flagship online horse training program, offering various membership tiers with different levels of access to courses, community features, and coaching.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.
4. Account Creation
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an Account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized
access to or use of your Account.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
You specifically agree not to:
• Use the Services for any illegal activity or to promote illegal activity.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Steady Horse or any third party.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Use the Services to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users without their consent.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Steady Horse or users of the Services or expose them to liability.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Unbreakable Bond Memberships
Membership Tiers: Unbreakable Bond offers three membership tiers: Basic, Premium, and Elite. Each tier provides access to a different selection of courses and community features, with Elite also including personalized coaching.Automatic Renewals: Memberships will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
Upgrades and Downgrades: You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades are processed immediately at a prorated rate. Downgrades may not be eligible for a prorated refund and will typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you will retain access to the Services until the end of your paid term.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Unbreakable Bond members. If you are not satisfied with the program, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No partial refunds are available.
7. Recordings and Content Use
By participating in any Steady Horse online event, including but not limited to:
• 1-on-1 coaching calls
• Group coaching sessions
• Webinars
• Online clinics
• Zoom calls
• Phone calls
You acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Recording: All sessions are recorded for the benefit of the Steady Horse community. These recordings may be used to create training materials, instructional content, advertisements, and other resources.
• Content Use: You grant Steady Horse full permission to use your likeness, voice, and any content you contribute during these sessions for the purposes described above.
• Community Benefit: Your participation helps support other members' growth and contributes to building a thriving community of learning and transformation.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Steady Horse, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Texas, United States, and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
9. Fair Use
You may access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:
• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.
10. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You may not share your Account with any other person. Each User may only have one Account.
11. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may contain content provided by third parties or links to third-party websites or resources. Steady Horse is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such third-party content, websites, or resources, and such content, websites, or resources are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by Steady Horse. The inclusion of any such content, websites, or resources on the Services does not imply approval or endorsement by Steady Horse. You acknowledge and agree that Steady Horse
shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any
such content, websites, or resources.
12. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW,
STEADY HORSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STEADY HORSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
13. Disclaimer of Results and Liability for Injuries
We here at Steady Horse believe in safe riding. But the reality of horse training is that rare circumstances exist where it is possible to do everything right and still not achieve the results you are looking for. That being said, safety is our #1 priority, but we cannot guarantee any results or your safety. The information and techniques provided in our courses and coaching sessions are intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional veterinary or equine care. You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of your horse while engaging in any horse-related activities. By using the Services, you agree to release Steady Horse, LLC. and its affiliates of any and all liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during your interactions with your horse.
14. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL STEADY HORSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR UNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT STEADY HORSE IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
15. Termination
Steady Horse may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled first through amicable negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution through negotiation, further action will be taken in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18. Changes to Terms
Steady Horse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on the Website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also provide you with notice of the changes by email or other means. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

• Contribute constructively to discussions.
22. Content Moderation
Steady Horse reserves the right to monitor and moderate content within the community forum to ensure compliance with these Terms. We may take action, including but not limited to, removing content, suspending accounts, or banning users who violate these Terms.
23. Additional Provisions for Apple App Store
Data Privacy: We comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines regarding data privacy, user tracking, and permissions. We may collect the following data for the purposes described:
• Account Information: Your name, email address, and password to create and manage your account.
• Course Progress: Information about the courses you've enrolled in and your progress within those courses.
• Community Interactions: Your posts, comments, and other interactions within the community forum.
• Device Information: Data about your device, such as device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers, to optimize the app's performance and provide support.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, such as the features you access and the time you spend on different activities, to improve the app and develop new features. If we use any tracking technologies, we will provide you with the option to opt out.
24. Additional Provisions for Google Play Store
User Data: We comply with Google Play's Developer Policy Center regarding user data and permissions. We will not engage in any deceptive or misleading behavior.
25. Communications
By using the Services, you agree to receive emails, text messages (SMS), and push notifications from Steady Horse.
You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or
text message, or by adjusting your notification settings in the Unbreakable Bond App.
26. No In-App Purchases
The Unbreakable Bond App does not offer in-app purchases. It is simply a reflection of the community and courses portal accessible through the Website.
