Steady Horse LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our Services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you interact with us online, through our app, or in person. By using any of our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This policy applies to all Steady Horse platforms including steadyhorse.com, login.steadyhorse.com, billing.steadyhorse.com, steadyhorsetraining.com, thegreatesthorseman.com, the Unbreakable Bond App, and all in-person services offered under Steady Horse Training or Grace Ranch.
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and account login credentials.
Payment Information: Collected and processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm). We do not store your full payment details — only the last four digits for internal reference.
Membership and Activity Data: Membership tier, enrollment dates, course completion, coaching attendance, community activity, video submissions, and participation data used for guarantee verification.
Platform Activity: Interactions with our websites and app including accessed features, viewed content, session data, and timestamps.
Device Information: IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
Location Data: If you enable location services for the Unbreakable Bond App or attend in-person events.
Communications and Recordings: Records of support communications, sales calls, coaching calls, group sessions, webinars, and video submissions, in accordance with our Recordings and Media Consent (see Section 6).
Voluntarily Provided Information: Any additional information you choose to share through community posts, profile settings, or direct communications.
We use your information to:
Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, marketing, customer support, and payment vendors under confidentiality agreements.
Payment Processors: Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm for secure transaction handling.
Coaches and Staff: Your assigned coach and authorized team members have access to your participation records and platform activity to support your coaching relationship.
Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or in connection with legal proceedings.
Collections Agencies: In the event of payment default, account information may be shared with third-party collections agencies.
Marketing and Advertising Platforms: Aggregated or anonymized data may be shared with advertising platforms including Meta and Google for campaign performance and audience targeting. Identifiable recordings or submitted content may be used for marketing purposes as described in Section 6.
Business Successors: In the case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
Public Response to Disputes: In the event of a public complaint or review by a member with an outstanding balance or unresolved dispute, Steady Horse reserves the right to disclose accurate and factual account, payment, and participation records in response.
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All payment transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. Your full payment details are never stored on our servers and are not visible to our staff — only the last four digits are retained for reference.
We accept the following payment methods:
All credit card and PayPal payments incur a 3.99% processing fee. ACH payments are exempt from processing fees (Coaching Program and VIP Club only). Steady Horse Club and the Vault subscription do not qualify for ACH payment.
Third-Party Provider Responsibility: Refund approvals from Steady Horse do not automatically cancel your repayment obligations with Klarna, Affirm, or PayPal Credit. You remain bound by their repayment terms, late fees, and interest charges.
By enrolling in any Steady Horse Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following: Sales calls, onboarding calls, individual coaching calls, group coaching sessions, Barn Hour, Arena Access, Stable Talk, webinars, and any other live or recorded sessions conducted by Steady Horse may be recorded. Video submissions made through the Video Review Channel may be reviewed and responded to by Noah Tillman-Young or Steady Horse coaching staff on video, and those responses may be shared within the community. Steady Horse reserves the right to use recordings, clips, responses, and submitted content for internal coaching purposes, community education, social media (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube), email marketing, website content, webinars, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and any other promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to your session or submission. Opting out of marketing use does not affect your access to the Services.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Your data may be transferred outside your country of residence to locations with different privacy protections. By using our Services, you consent to these transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected in the Last Updated date above and may be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
